At Digital Visiting Card, we strive to provide excellent service and products to all of our customers. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require the cancellation or refund of an order.
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request for a cancellation or refund. However, we cannot guarantee that the request will be granted.
In the event that a refund is approved, it will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card. If you paid by check or money order, a check will be issued.
Please note that any fees associated with processing your order (such as shipping and handling fees) are non-refundable.
